You actually eat less food on a cleansing diet, but you won't starve. In fact, because the foods you are taking in are only healthy foods, which are good for the digestive system, your endurance will be increased. If you aren't completely sure about the detoxification process, you need to work with a professional or a nutritionist so that you can find the one that is most suitable for your body. As the toxins get flushed out of your body, you'll feel worse but if you carry on you'll get lots of new energy and even better alertness both physically and mentally. Everybody knows how essential it is to be clean on the outside, but not everyone thinks about what takes place inside their body.
You know how well you feel and if you begin to feel run down it may be good to start a cleansing program. When you live in an environment that has lots of pollution, it's difficult to keep the toxins out of your body.
